- annual filing fees;
- preparation and submission of annual financial report;
- Directors and Share registers of a company;
- Provision post address in Western Europe and re-sending of business correspondence to Moscow;
- Provision of an auditor, if necessary, to prepare annual accounting and auditor report (professional auditor’s services are paid for separately).
Annual minimal payment USD 1250.
To avoid penalties, three months to expiration of a year from the date of a company’s purchase, every client is to pay for registered office and annual filing fee (or a fee for tax exemption) for the next calendar year.
