Economic Citizenship of Dominica
The procedure of obtaining the citizenship shall start with collecting the following documents:
LIST OF DOCUMENTS: 1. Certified copies of both home and foreign passport; 2. Notarized copy of the Birth Certificate; 3. Notarized copy of the marriage/divorce Certificate; 4. Notarized copy of the higher education Diploma and the conferred profession/qualification Certificate (if any); 5. Notarized copy of the Military Card; 6. Militia Certificate of lawful background for every member of the family of full legal age; 7. Fingerprints Card for every member of the family of full legal age; 8. Bank Reference in favor of the head of the family confirming opening an account with that bank and stating that during operating of the account there were no banking discipline rules violated and neither credit debts were overdue; 9. 2 letters of credence (references) by business partners to the head of the family; 10. One letter of credence by a lawyer or an accountant who must be acquainted with the applicant for at least three years; 11. Self-background of the head of the family with a detailed description of the latest five years. It should contain business successes and the experience gained in the sphere of activities of the investor; 12. Medical Certificate for every member of the family stating the age, weight, height, eyes and hair colour; 13. HIV test Certificate; 14. Affidavit of the investor disclosing the source of income and the principal activities; 15. Certificate (declaration) confirming the payment of all investors’ profit taxes (as well as his wife’s subject of work); Detailed comments and remarks are available at our consultant by telephone or in our offices. The value of the programme For a family of four members (including two children under 18) the citizenship will cost approximately USD130,000. The items of expenses are the following:

USD100,000 – the amount of gratuitous investment approved by the law which gives the right to apply for granting the citizenship;

USD200 – application fee collected from every member of the family;

USD1000 – agency payment paid by every applicant;

USD1,600 – public fee (per every member of the family);

USD88 – payment for the form of the passport;

USD10,000 – authorized agent services;
-
USD5,000-7,000 – authorized detective agency due diligence services;

USD1,500 – payment for signing by the Prime-Minister the Certificate of Naturalization. This amount is charged for every member of the family after the citizenship is obtained.
If in the family there are more than two children under 18, the applicant pays USD150,000 for each child and if the parents have children-dependants between 18 and 25 the applicant pays USD25,000 for each child. For sole applicants the amount of gratuitous investment is decreased to USD75,000. In this case the citizenship will cost about USD100,000. Should the citizenship be refused the fees already paid shall not be repaid.
