One of the Group members is INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE AGENTS LIMITED, a professional Corporate and Trustee Service Provider in the Seychelles duly licenced since 1996.

NPK VESTA SERVICES GROUP maintains it’s membership within International Tax Planning Association, the Offshore Institute and Asia Offshore Association.

In the period of 1995-1998 the Group was publishing “OFFSHORE EXPRESS” – the only monthly magazine in Russian which covered all aspects of offshore business and cultural life.
